Renault Engineering, an international organization of several thousands of people, relies on the “Workload/Resource adequation” program to optimize its performance and manage all its projects. The aim is to implement and ensure the proper functioning of the methods and tools associated with steering R&D activity.

Oresys assisted Renault with the method and integration of PPM tools in :

  • Managing tool evolutions and defining associated requirements
  • Functional and referential consistency between the various tools
  • Tool deployment and training in France and abroad.

Thanks to its in-depth knowledge of the Planisware tool, Oresys supported RENAULT not only in the deployment of this key tool, but also in the various evolutions of the project, in order to ensure that it remained consistent with user requirements.

VNF – Investment project portfolio

VNF’s Information Systems and Digital Department (DSIN) adopted the Triskell project portfolio management tool to better control its activities and be able to handle a growing number of projects.

In partnership with Triskell, Oresys was able to bring tool expertise within DSIN and support it in upskilling contributors and user adoption of the tool. Oresys also provided advice on usage and configuration of tool evolutions and supported the PMO in preparing monthly portfolio reviews.

RTE – Paris 2024 Olympic Village

The Olympic Village required major works to free up the spaces planned for its development. Thus, RTE had to remove the pylons of four 225 kV high-voltage lines and move them into an underground tunnel, as well as relocate a 63 kV transformer station.

Oresys set up a steering system (schedules, risks and budget/costs) for these infrastructure projects, and ensured their regular monitoring. Oresys also provided Contract Management support during the call for bids phase regarding the design and construction of the technical gallery.

The risk analysis enabled to take a step back from potential bottlenecks, and then raise alerts on critical issues and identify prioritary actions during the construction phase.
