procurement department entered a major <strong>transformation of its organization<\/strong> and its information system, including the implementation of a 3-tool ecosystem. Oresys was then called in to <strong>rethink the change management<\/strong> of this transformation which ilmpacted a great number of players: 5 procurement departments, a multitude of professions inside the sector and geographically spread collaborators.<\/p>\n<p>Oresys first guided La Poste in a <strong>preliminary framing phase<\/strong>, in order to compile a file containing a summary of the as-is situation and recommendations for the change management phase.
