international scale. Studies had been carried out, but unsuccessfully. Therefore, our client wished to have at their <strong>disposal an in-depth diagnosis regarding e-commerce processes<\/strong> and an action <strong>plan to shorten delivery times.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oresys guided the customer during the <strong>formalization of the e-commerce strategic chart<\/strong> and the identification of difficulties encountered via field visits.The analysis focused on each step of the process, from order placement to delivery, and enabled the <strong>definition of improvement actions<\/strong> to set up at both short and medium term, as well as <strong>KPIs to improve the global process management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Following Oresys\u2019s contribution, <strong>delivery times were halved<\/strong>, and customer reclamations have
