A 5-year urbanization target was then defined, along with a project roadmap to achieve it.<\/p>\n<p>Water &amp; Sanitation Services: Oresys defined a 5-year IT target focused on improving network maintenance and enhancing the customer billing portal.<\/p>\n<p>Public Procurement Department: The urbanization process helped identify opportunities for process automation to reduce the
