Ramery – Framework and implementation of a transformation program
Industry
Project management
On becoming Chairman of the Ramery Group, Matthieu Ramery defined a new trajectory for the company and a long-term strategic plan. Ramery’s General Management asked Oresys to contribute to the formulation of the Group’s strategy and the creation of the transformation program. The program materializes this ambition through 19 cross-functional transformation projects, affecting all aspects of the Group over the next four years: operational efficiency, managerial transformation, digitization, etc.
Oresys played a key role in supporting Ramery in defining and implementing the program. This involved the organization of several seminars with Management, the creation of the Group’s Strategic Map, the definition of the program’s projects and the Group’s development strategy.
The adoption of a collaborative and participative approach fostered ownership of the projects by the entire organization. The commitment of Ramery’s top management was essential in selecting the appropriate projects and defining the transformation program that met the company’s ambitious vision.
EIFFAGE – Implementation of the HR group’s IS in the integrated companies
Energy & Utilities
Human resources
One of Eiffage’s issues is correcting the obsolescence of its HRIS tools, to harmonize the tools and processes between the Group’s various branches and companies, to reduce the low added value tasks and to centralize payroll expertise for the entire Group.
In this context, Eiffage launched a major HR program including the replacement of their main HRIS tools (Payment, “GA”, Remuneration, Talent, Recruitment and Training) for the entire Group in France and abroad.
Oresys was called in to support the different branches’ HRIS with this program by taking part in the redesign of business processes, the support of project management, change management and the deployment in all of the Group’s entities. Oresys also supported the Group’s MOA on framing the training project and implementing the new remuneration module.
Oresys’s experience enabled to facilitatethe program structuration atthe scale of each Branch, and the coordination between all players.
Serfim – Support for business and financial Information System overhaul
Industry
The SERFIM group is a Lyon-based mid-sized company specializing in public works, environmental services and Information and Communication Technologies. With strong development in recent years, the “core business” and financial information system must be able to meet numerous challenges for the next 15 years (process digitalization, dematerialization, de-siloing, agility, harmonization…)
Oresys supported the SERFIM group in conducting an Information System assessment in light of the group’s challenges and objectives and making evolution recommendations. Following this analysis, Oresys supported SERFIM in conducting the tender process to select the ERP for the core of the target Information System.
Oresys’s support enabled broad engagement of all stakeholders with a rigorous approach to launch the right program aligned with SERFIM’s objectives.
