Pierre Fabre – Marketing strategy deployment support
The Pierre Fabre Group has rethought its marketing and sales strategy for its consumer brands, moving towards a BtoC model in order to adapt to market trends and the growth of eBusiness. In this context, the ONE Program aims to accelerate the development of a consumer-oriented omnichannel approach.
As part of this transformation, Oresys was involved at Program Management level, managing and supporting the completion of several projects, including the deployment phase to its international subsidiaries.
In less than 3 years, Pierre Fabre framed, built and deployed its entire BtoC digital ecosystem within its subsidiaries: 60 employees involved, 6 brands/30 subsidiaries, 20 partners mobilized, €30 million budget over 3 years and 300 Marketing & Digital Managers impacted.

The OASiS Program enables TotalEnergies to equip more than 2,500 service stations across 4 continents and in over 40 countries with a modern and efficient collection system. The ambition is to adapt to each station environment, offer omnichannel flexibility, centralize cloud management, maintain offline activity and harmonize purchasing and sales processes.
Oresys led the program by preparing decision-making bodies, supervising contracts and budgets, and managing solution deployment. We also developed a change management strategy and defined the functional solution to meet business needs.
The project’s success is attributable to maintaining team cohesion, strong project team involvement to meet deadlines, and a continuous improvement approach. Thanks to this fruitful collaboration, the OASiS Program is transforming operations in hundreds of service stations worldwide.

Le Groupe Air Liquide s’est engagé dans une démarche de transformation stratégique. Le programme ALign vise à rationaliser les solutions ERP du Groupe pour répondre à des impératifs de convergence, de modularité et d’industrialisation.
Oresys a joué un rôle essentiel en travaillant de concert avec la Direction du Programme. Notre mission a englobé plusieurs volets, notamment la préparation de la note stratégique pour le COMEX, la définition des produits et services via la méthode Value Proposition Canvas, et la structuration de l’organisation du programme. Nous avons apporté une méthodologie pour la structuration des chantiers et la gouvernance interne, ainsi qu’un appui spécifique au chantier Core Model Finance / Controlling / Procurement et à la conception des Core Models Business.
Les clés de succès comprenaient une gouvernance communicante pour les prises de décision, la formalisation des compétences métiers pour la définition des Core Models, et une étroite collaboration avec les experts métiers.
