Air Liquide Healthcare launched a transformation program for the entirety of its activity with the aim to better serve patients and adapt their support according to their needs and autonomy level. In this context, it is crucial to review the processes, from customer canvassing to billing, by way of the care provided to the patients, and to align the information systems to these.

Oresys supported Air Liquide Healthcare throughout this process, by paying particular attention to adherence zones between fields (prospection, procurement, care…) and to the sector’s specificities (addressed therapies, regulations regarding patients…). This helped clarify the teams’ functional responsibilities through each step of the process, define an organization to support these responsibilities, and enable a thinning of inter-system flows via the definition of relations from the processes.

Oresys’ expertise in process optimization and in IS, and its knowledge in the healthcare sector were decisive to establish a process adapted to the ambitions and activities of the Group, and resolving the adherence issues between systems.

Cerba HealthCare – Management of the deployment of Diamix on the new entity Anapath

Cerba HealthCare is a medical and veterinary biology laboratory. The Business Unit specialised in anatomical cytopathology is facing the complexity of bringing together various anapath activities from acquisitions and different entities. The goal is to create an autonomous business unit in terms of production, grouping these activities and organizing it thanks to a common laboratory management system (Diamic).
Oresys supported Cerba in this major transition by intervening on the project management, data recovery, the acceptance testing preparation, and change management.
Oresys’s expertise enabled the improvement and fluidification of the lab technicians and doctors’ everyday life.

INCa – Audit of the operation of the call for research projects platform

INCa, the National Cancer Institute, is searching to optimize its call for projects process managed by the Financial Department. The stake is to increase transparency, versatility and collective efficiency in the assessment and selection of oncology research projects.

Oresys guided INCa throughout this re-organization study, particularly through an analysis of the existing followed by an identification of expectations and potential blocking points, and then by organizing workshops on improvement axes in order to establish a new organization and an action plan.

Oresys brought its expertise in healthcare, in organizational overhaul and in on-boarding techniques for impacted parties, which enabled the construction of collaborative solutions.
