Renault Group – Digitization Program for Mechanical Engineering Processes

The PMO of Renault Mechanical Engineering is in charge of managing the work schedule and budget, and achieving the workload/resource adequacy on all of Renault Group’s engine development activities at an international scale. This department launched a digital transformation program, and called on Oresys to digitize its processes and make available steering tools for its various stakeholders.
To do so, Oresys established a diagnosis of existing processes and identified issues and optimization areas, in order to build a roadmapfor process transformation. Oresys co-built with the business lines the target processes and associated user journeys, and took part in the realization, deployment and change management of the chosen solution.
This mission gained the support of the teams through the adoption of a transversal approach to transformation, our expertise regarding processes and the Oresys tools and methods used at each stage of the project. Our knowledge of process automation solutions, BI and operational excellence approaches were key factors in the success of the program.

The Rose Blanche group, which has been growing steadily for 15 years, aims to maintain its leadership position and expand internationally. Its strategic plan requires an agile and clear organization to support growth and enable performance management of each function. Oresys supported Rose Blanche Group in defining the target organization.
From mapping functions to diagnosing the existing organization, the work resulted in developing the target organization with role and responsibility definitions, associated governance, and drafting an organizational note.
The initiative led to an organization aligned with strategic objectives. The focus was on clarifying roles and responsibilities, empowering managers, and establishing conditions for phased implementation.
METRO – Optimization of the E-commerce process

METRO France, major distribution company, is facing challenges in its e-commerce service: delivery times do not satisfy customers, leading to order cancelations and a decrease in trust. Studies had been carried out, but unsuccessfully. Therefore, our client wished to have at their disposal an in-depth diagnosis regarding e-commerce processes and an action plan to shorten delivery times.
Oresys guided the customer during the formalization of the e-commerce strategic chart and the identification of difficulties encountered via field visits.The analysis focused on each step of the process, from order placement to delivery, and enabled the definition of improvement actions to set up at both short and medium term, as well as KPIs to improve the global process management.
Following Oresys’s contribution, delivery times were halved, and customer reclamations have also drastically gone down.
