Air Liquide Healthcare, a company specializing in medical gases, equipment and value-added services throughout the healthcare chain (in hospitals or at home), has focused its development around 6 therapies: diabetes, sleep apnea, home & hospital oxygenation, ventilation, nitric oxide administration & monitoring. To support the development of these therapies, the Data Office aimed to launch an initiative to collect, qualify and prioritize Artificial Intelligence use cases that would deliver the most value in improving patient care.
Oresys supported the Data Office in designing this approach, structuring the collection/qualification/prioritization tool for use cases as well as the reporting tool (Power BI app), facilitating use case qualification & prioritization workshops, designing the Business Case development tool (one per prioritized initiative) and conducting this development work.
Thanks to Oresys’s expertise, 124 AI use cases were collected, and 40 were prioritized and are now the subject of Business Cases. This final step will validate the final prioritization for Air Liquide Healthcare.
Sodexo – Co-construction and deployment of the Portfolio Management Application

Sodexo wanted to harmonize its IT methods and solutions on a global scale. With some 2,000 applications in play, managing the application portfolio was a major challenge. The aim was to simplify this portfolio, increase visibility over application assets and support other services such as Security, Audit and Infrastructure.
Against this backdrop, Oresys was asked to support Sodexo in its transformation, in particular by tooling processes using Triskell. Actions included :
Definition of operating modes for strategic programs
Definition of templates directly available in Triskell
Definition of portfolio performance indicators
Implementation of Power BI dashboards based on Triskell data
Change management support
Automation of data quality controls, with the MoveToCloud and Security initiatives.

Oresys intervened to redefine the IT roadmap, at the crossroads of urban planning, technical architecture and business roadmaps.
Our proven methodology and knowledge of the clinical trials business enabled us to meet all the business and technical objectives, and to define concrete action plans for General Management, the Digital Department and the IT Department. The roadmap also highlighted key milestones (tiered approach) with associated value creation.
