Luxury (confidential) – Assessment of the Data maturity of a business unit

Aware of major transformations in the sector and of the potential of data valorization, a business unit of a major player in the Luxury sector wished to assess its Data maturity in order to elaborate a data trajectory coherent with its business stakes.

Oresys carried out a data maturity assessment in this division to spell out the “starting point” and the business uses known to data (assessment interviews with the whole of the division ‘s management team and some employees, production of an analysis grid and of maturity radars, etc.).
By considering this diagnosis, Oresys expressed recommendations and suggested benchmarks to highlight the division’s choices and confirm their ambitions. In close collaboration with the interested parties (business, IT, etc.), Oresys conceived a data trajectory in phase with the division’s business stakes and its capacity to carry out transformations (organization, skills, tools, etc.).

The approach implemented ensures a strong commitment of the division’s management team which enablesthe suggestion of a pragmatic data trajectory, reasonable and in pahse with the business stakes.

 

CHUV – Support in the operation and professionalization of an IT department

Oresys has been supporting CHUV’s IT department for several years, with a view to continuously improve its operation and the services it offers its internal customers, as well as the IT department players’ professionalization.

Oresys intervened on numerous improvement projects as part of the IT Department’s master plan. Oresys framed the implementation of an enterprise architecture approach within the CHUV. Oresys also supports the IT department in the implementation of a tool for decision support at the Management team level. Oresys has also carried out several studies (e.g. external generic portal, intranet renewal, etc.) and supports the IT department’s operating unit indefining its new organisation.

The work carried out enabled an improvement in the IT department’s daily operation: professionalization of players, practice improvement, improved communication, IT streamlining, support in a serene decision-making regarding the prioritizing of IT projects.

Clarins – Framing and animation of a trustful transformation plan aiming at favouring employee fulfillment and commitment

Under the impulsion of the new General Manager, Clarins Switzerland wished to reposition its employees at the center of the subsidiary’s sustainable performance. Oresys supported Clarins Switzerland Management Team in this trustful transformation to encourage its employees’ fulfillment and their long-term commitment, in order to meet the business stakes.
Oresys first carried out a diagnosis to identify the prioritary undertakings. This diagnosis enabled the entire Management team to be brough aboard via individual interviews and step back moments during Management seminars.
Oresys carried on its intervention to animate and carry out the trustful transformation plan (managerial training, individual coaching sessions, process formalization, etc.) using Agile concepts (implementation of visual management and stand-up meetings, prioritization ofundertakings to be led during transformation sprints, etc.).

This transformation has already brought its first results on employee commitment, on a better organization of certain departments and on the subisidiary’s ability to better communicate and add value to its results within the Group.
