La Poste – Framing and support on a change management project
In 2018, La Poste’s procurement department entered a major transformation of its organization and its information system, including the implementation of a 3-tool ecosystem. Oresys was then called in to rethink the change management of this transformation which ilmpacted a great number of players: 5 procurement departments, a multitude of professions inside the sector and geographically spread collaborators.
Oresys first guided La Poste in a preliminary framing phase, in order to compile a file containing a summary of the as-is situation and recommendations for the change management phase. In this second phase, Oresys established a communication plan and implemented guidance processes for all impacted populations.
Our expertise in Change and deployment was essential to efficiently support La Poste, and by doing so enabled the 10,000 impacted collaborators to learn to use the new tools deployed.
