VNF – Digital project portfolio management

VNF’s Infrastructure, Water and Environment Department (DIEE) decided to implement an “Investment Project Portfolio” (IPP) via the Triskell project portfolio management tool to centralize and arbitrate the organization’s projects in a common tool.
Oresys supported VNF in implementing its IPP under Triskell and building an arbitration method for the organization’s various investment projects, culminating in organizing a budget and investment arbitration seminar.
Oresys’s expertise in project portfolio management (PPM / PFM) enabled VNF’s DIEE to develop a shared and coherent multi-year vision of the portfolio, leveraging the deployed tool.
Adisseo – Integrating a PPM tool in the R&I department

Adisseo’s Innovation Department decided to implement a management methodology in order to facilitate project management and organize the Innovation project portfolio management. To support this approach and unify the management practices, the department chose to implement the PPM tool Triskell, and deploy it for the project managers.
In this context, Oresys carried out a diagnosis with an Oresys tool (RightChange ® PPM) in order to determine the way to go and the means to implement for the mission to succeed, has guided Adisseo in the configuration and implementation of the Triskell solution, and has trained the administrators and key users.

Sodexo – Co-construction and deployment of the Portfolio Management Application

IT transformation
Sodexo wanted to harmonize its IT methods and solutions on a global scale. With some 2,000 applications in play, managing the application portfolio was a major challenge. The aim was to simplify this portfolio, increase visibility over application assets and support other services such as Security, Audit and Infrastructure.
Against this backdrop, Oresys was asked to support Sodexo in its transformation, in particular by tooling processes using Triskell. Actions included :
Definition of operating modes for strategic programs
Definition of templates directly available in Triskell
Definition of portfolio performance indicators
Implementation of Power BI dashboards based on Triskell data
Change management support
Automation of data quality controls, with the MoveToCloud and Security initiatives.
