EDF’s nuclear engineering departments wished to reinforce their industrial project management system via a cross-functional IS: SINAPS. The aim is to optimize performance for both the Project Engineer populations, and the support functions (PMO, Planification, etc.) and to further the high visibility of management data for clients.
Oresys supports the SINAPS team on all aspects of the project, from framing the solution to deploying. The requirements analysis was made through the animation of metier workshops and the capitalization of detailed specifications.
Oresys dealt with the carrying out using an Agile method (daily meeting, end-of-sprint demonstrations) as a support to the product owners. The teams also implemented deployment kits, the data migration strategy and the writing of test scenarios.
TotalEnergies – Supporting Electric Mobility offering launch
The automotive industry and the corporate fleet management market are entering a major transition phase: energy transformation and shift to electric mobility. As part of its BtoB Mobility Service Provider activity around its Mobility offering, TotalEnergies is launching an innovative integrated offering that includes:
– Providing charging solutions
– Access to an extensive and multi-purpose charging station network
– Supply, installation and operation of charging stations at BtoB client sites.
Oresys supported TotalEnergies in bringing the offering to market, upskilling sales forces and structuring internal processes:
– Offering structuring
– Sales team skill development and maintenance
– Commercial development
– CRM & Case Management requirements framing
The offering was brought to market and several significant tenders were won.
GRDF – Transition to Green Gases: Hydrogen Professionalization
GRDF is developing an expertise in the distribution of new gases such as hydrogen, and has launched the construction of a multi gas platform as well as a hydrogen professionalization approach. The aim is to train 20 to 30 operating or maintenance agents on a hydrogen network in order to initiate first experiments in public areas.
Oresys guides GRDF in the management of professionalization work. Oresys prepares and conducts work groups with internal experts and hydrogen experts from a research unit. The work carried out is the following: analysis of regulations impact, creation and update of technical and operational documents, conception of training sessions adapted to the hydrogen network exploiting and maintenance.
Regulatory analysis and the first technical notes are validated internally and enable the conception of the first trainings.
