Le Groupe Air Liquide s’est engagé dans une démarche de transformation stratégique. Le programme ALign vise à rationaliser les solutions ERP du Groupe pour répondre à des impératifs de convergence, de modularité et d’industrialisation.
Oresys a joué un rôle essentiel en travaillant de concert avec la Direction du Programme. Notre mission a englobé plusieurs volets, notamment la préparation de la note stratégique pour le COMEX, la définition des produits et services via la méthode Value Proposition Canvas, et la structuration de l’organisation du programme. Nous avons apporté une méthodologie pour la structuration des chantiers et la gouvernance interne, ainsi qu’un appui spécifique au chantier Core Model Finance / Controlling / Procurement et à la conception des Core Models Business.
Les clés de succès comprenaient une gouvernance communicante pour les prises de décision, la formalisation des compétences métiers pour la définition des Core Models, et une étroite collaboration avec les experts métiers.

The Banque des Pros division of La Banque Postale has undertaken a redesign of its operating model to support business development, enhance the customer experience, and strengthen employee satisfaction. Two key priorities: simplifying remote interactions with clients and automating core processes.

Oresys played a pivotal role as project owner in delivering six major digitalization initiatives. During the study phase, Oresys conducted an analysis of existing processes to design target processes aligned with user needs. In the project phase, Oresys carried out detailed design, coordinated testing, ensured solution deployment, and facilitated change adoption within teams.

In a multi-IT-system and multi-stakeholder environment, Oresys successfully mobilized the necessary resources to achieve the desired objectives across several projects, while managing the impacts on employees and customers.

TotalEnergies – Space planning framework and management

TotalEnergies created a Mobility and New Energies (MNE) Department. Support was needed for framing and building the renovation plan for one floor’s workspace. For a 1750m² area accommodating 222 employees, the goal was to ensure cohesion between services, facilitate communication and information sharing, and make the workspace more dynamic and attractive.

Oresys framed the requirements through interviews to gather existing and future needs from the 8 departments of the MNE Department, organized and facilitated a framing workshop with General Services. For the design, Oresys facilitated two CREATIVE THINKING and CO-DESIGN workshops aimed at defining future space usage and future ambiances and furniture.

The space layout enabled the de-siloing of several services, contributing to increased exchanges and relationships between employees.
