Think your transformation according to 3 ingredients: Human / NWOW / Hybrid
COVID has redefined what real estate projects are all about: remote working, team concentration, hybridization, etc. Confinements have imposed a certain vision of work: companies have adapted to it. Today, how can we consider, prepare and deploy the new normal in working methods?
We are convinced that the solution lies in ‘Phygital Working‘, a new coexistence of the physical and the digital, provided that we:
rethink what needs to be done face-to-face, what needs to be done remotely, and what can involve people on site and people elsewhere
provide “reading keys” to employees who have lost their bearings over the long term
What do we provide our clients?
Support for employees and managers before, during and after the project
Oresys supports you throughout your whole project: strategy and ambitions, PMO, change management, etc. We put employees at the heart of our methods so as to involve them from start to finish. We mobilize the best experts to imagine your new normal with you.
Define the level of ambition of the real estate transformation
Involve top management in the project
Materialize new ways of working and managing
Involve employees on a long-term basis, right from the start
Renault’s DISG division has launched a number of large-scale real estate programs, including the Technocentre reorganization program. This program meets major challenges, including the reduction of the real estate footprint, the introduction of new hybrid work modes, and the company’s desire to federate an innovation ecosystem at the Technocentre.
Oresys helped the board structure the program’s management and ensure its smooth running and organization (organization of workshops to identify needs in terms of monitoring, tools, etc.). Oresys’s expertise was key to building an appropriatechange management strategy.
Oresys brought a vision of “trustful” transformation management, with a focus on employee fulfillment and commitment, and project performance.
BNP Paribas – Equipped management: agencies general accessibility
BNP Paribas’ Real Estate Department manages the deployment of many projects in its agencies, and the implementation of the agencies’ territorial subdivision. To optimize its management efforts, the department needs an industrial system to manage deployment projects.
In this context, Oresys provided BNP Paribas with its deployment management web platform, Oresys Déploiement ®. For each deployed project, the organization, the players, and a deployment retro-planning were defined.
To complete this offer and as a part of a DataViz approach, Oresys also implemented an automated dashboard via Power BI, to obtain in the various regions a shared vision of the operational and budgetary progress of the project.
The whole of the operational and budgetary deployment goals were achieved. Budgetary savings were made. This system is systematically reconducted for all the new projects to be deployed needing a coordination and a respect for strong goals.
TotalEnergies – General Means division reorganization
TotalEnergies Group’s Services and General Means division embarked on an ambitious mission: improving the quality of work life for its 8,000 employees by rethinking mobility, catering and workspaces.
Oresys worked closely with internal teams to define a target organization by integrating employee needs, function mapping and customer journeys. Gamification was also used to shape an adapted organization. An implementation plan was developed and managed, encompassing HR, IS, Marketing and Real Estate aspects.
