Ville de Marseille – Professional interview digitization

The City of Marseille wanted to digitize professional interviews in the HRIS tool. The challenge is to closely monitor the completion of each annual professional interview and evolve evaluation criteria to move toward a more personalized assessment of each employee.

Oresys supported the City of Marseille in project framing and management (defining project workstreams and governance; supporting Management Committee presentations; producing presentation materials for Trade Unions, Directors…). Oresys also provided support on HRIS evolution and its change management expertise (management mobilization through webinars, creating Genially training modules, employee training…).

This collaboration enabled the implementation of the digitized module on the HRIS within the planned timeframe, and ensured fluid and efficient communication between the different project stakeholders.

EDF – Support for the digital roadmap

The Technical Delegate of the SIP (holding & information system) service at the DIPDE (the in-service fleet engineering division), in charge of the organization’s IT project portfolio, sought support to co-develop and formalize the digital roadmap, as well as to initiate the first undertakings.

To do so, Oresys collaborated closely with thematics leaders to formalize the roadmaps and their objectives. Oresys also played a crucial role in implementing initial actions such as analyzing FLA3 applications and launching the DIPDE Data Governance approach. Finally, Oresys contributed to formalizing a digital ambition communication plan and producing initial achievements, such as the VEOL Ecocap article and cybersecurity awareness sessions.

The collaboration between Oresys and DIPDE has engaged business units significantly in shaping the DIPDE’s digital ambition and has ensured that the digital roadmap is developed in alignment with business objectives and with the involvement of all stakeholders.

Naval Group – Digitization of maintenance operations

Naval Group is embarked on a program to digitize all of the Services Department’s maintenance operations, from the preparation of Files to the execution of maintenance. In this context, Oresys is supporting the Brest and Toulon teams throughout the project cycle.

Oresys steered the actions of the various players, and supported the Program management (PMP, budget, etc.). Oresys also framed the change management and communication strategy, and supported the deployment of the new CPM tool functionalities. Oresys also provided long-term support for users, including training plans and materials, to help teams adapt to the new system.

Oresys contributed its expertise in framing, project management and maintenance issues. The efficient implementation of training courses for the new functionalities facilitated the appropriation by the teams.
