Our client supports farmers worldwide in addressing climate change challenges. Given the diversity of climatic contexts and soil types, they wanted to measure the effectiveness of their biostimulants to equip their R&D, marketing and commercial teams.
As part of its mission, Oresys built a tool to explain in an educational way the ROI generated on certain trials as well as a simulator to project results under different conditions. To achieve this, Oresys defined the data roadmap, data collection strategy and trained a predictive model from field experimentation data.
Oresys was able to design the solution through a rigorous iterative and scientific approach, certified by French CIR accreditation. Initial results were obtained within weeks thanks to the implementation of a turnkey technical environment and continuous collaboration with the startup’s agronomist experts.
Lesaffre – PPM tools, Microsoft Project & Power BI deployment

Lesaffre’s sub-StreerCo wanted to have a single consolidated reporting system and a resource management system. Project Web App and PowerBI tools were chosen to equip project managers, plan medium and long-term activity, and consolidate portfolio views through PowerBI Dashboard creation.
Oresys supported Lesaffre throughout the entire project cycle. During the framing phase, Oresys involved key users from each entity to collect requirements, then configured the tools considering user journey and existing data migration. Oresys then defined the change management strategy through impact analysis via its RightChange® tool, including training aligned to each user profile’s needs.
The deployment of tools, built for employees and with employees, facilitates the work of project managers, resource managers and portfolio managers.
Natup – Definition of contact data governance and initialization of the database from open data and internal data
Agriculture and food-processing
The agricultural cooperative group Natup is looking to accelerate its digitalization to serve its adherents. This entails an ambitious CRM overhaul project, primarily aimed at technical sales staff, thefarmers’ main interlocutors. The aim is to improve their knowledge of members, as well as their ordering and contracting processes.
Oresys provided Natup with project owner support and project management for the CRM implementation. Oresys also tokk charge of initializing the contact database using open data and in-house data, in order to accelerate the adoption of the CRM, and then initiated the project for long-term governance of this data, to guarantee a lasting level of data quality.
Thanks to a rapid immersion in Natup’s operational issues, its expertise in project management and the rapid adaptation of the system to manage data-related technical issues, Oresys was able to secure the achievement of business objectives while respecting operational milestones.
