Managerial transformation for employee performance and fulfillment
Developing your teams’ potential
The manager is the key player in boosting employee fulfillment and thus fostering their commitment, a major driver of sustainable performance.
Managerial transformation helps them develop their potential, by giving them what they need: from “the spirit of the letter” (the major roles to be fulfilled) through “the letter” (observable day-to-day behaviors) to useful tools/techniques for day-to-day work.
Transformation is a long-term process, but with the right methods, concrete results can be seen very quickly, and changes are gradually embedded in everyday life.

Wonderbox, European leader in gift boxes, is an international company with strong geographical growth. Its managerial challenge is to highlight the essential role of Wonder Group managers in daily success, in employee retention while ensuring consistency of practices between services.
To achieve this, Oresys facilitated seminars: first with top management to define objectives and key roles of managers. Then, for all 75 managers to build a managerial framework and charter for employees, which they subsequently presented to their teams. Finally, Oresys established an active managerial community bringing together all managers at regular intervals.
Oresys’s intervention enabled strong manager involvement, successful launch seminars with top management and then with European managers, and the creation of a dynamic managerial community.
Sanofi – Study of the impact of the new organization on team fullfilment
Following the merger of the Pharmaceutical (Business Solutions Management) and Vaccine (Tools & Reporting) teams, Oresys was asked to study the impact of this merger on employee fulfillment, identify fears and expectations, and integrate opportunities into the new RDPM governance: overhaul of Planisware for the Pharmaceutical and Vaccine entities.
Oresys carried out this study using the Oresys POP approach, which focuses on employee fulfillment. The fears and opportunities linked to the merger, identified beforehand, were qualified. These elements enabled us to draw up a global study and an action plan for managers and the whole team.
The structured approach put in place by Oresys enabled employees to express their views on sensitive and fulfillment issues. Thanks to this approach, all team members were able to express their opinions and feelings.
Enedis – Management Transformation of the Data department to a 3.0 management
Public sector
Managerial transformation
To meet the energy transition challenge, Enedis is banking on the digital leverage. The IT Department is highly mobilized, especially its Data centre. The department’s management team decided to transform the management link to improve the way the management team works together and enhance employee fulfillment.
Afterconducting interviews with all 6 directors of the board, Oresys built a backlog of all the management evolutions to carry out, in the framework of “management sprints”. Each sprint enabled the progress of managers and employees regarding the subjects with highest added value. Oresys also carried out collective coaching sessions during board meetings, and organized a 360° management feedback for each member of the board.
The approach suggested by Oresys enabled the improvement of management practices to facilitate transversality and initiative taking in an Agile context.
