SILAB, one of the world’s natural active ingredients leading producers, has been experiencing very rapid growth over the past 2 years. To support this growth and the increase in the number of employees, SILAB wanted to improve the performance of its HR processes, streamline and digitalize certain processes, and modernize its information system.
In this context, Oresys supported SILAB in defining the project objectives and formalizing processes and business requirements. In concrete terms, Oresys drew up a functional and application map of the existing system; constructed a map of the project’s strategic objectives; and carried out an exploratory overview of market solutions. Oresys also drew up the project requirements specifications, built the consultation file and defined a purchasing strategy.
Thanks to Oresys’s expertise, the target processes were formalized, simplifying the day-to-day work of employees and clarifying the training process.

Seqens, a global player in the synthetic pharmaceutical products, specialty ingredients and cosmetics markets, manages over 400 CSR indicators across its 24 worldwide sites in order to meet regulatory requirements, address client and investor needs, monitor performance, and respond to non-financial rating platforms. Seqens aimed to modernize and improve this system to better montor indicators, and enhance CSR performance, reduce the CSR manager’s workload, and increase the reliability of results.
Oresys worked on framing the new CSR indicator management tool, followed by overseeing its development and implementation:
– Gathering requirements, defining indicators, collection methods, calculation, and reporting
– Formalizing the requirements in a specification document
– Technical framing of the project, including architecture propositions and a projected schedule
– Managing developments and supporting deployment

EDF’s Nuclear Production Department launched a maintenance activities industrialization program. This program aims to secure unit outage preparation and reduce outage durations, with a focus on industrializing the preparation of Work Execution Files.
Oresys supported the Program Director in defining and implementing the management plan with risk monitoring, program oversight and instruction of capitalization, industrialization, and standardization.
The Oresys approach enabled:
– Framing and implementing the management of a complex program, while facilitating the establishment of a flexible and agile structure in the decision-making process
– Extending governance to all contributors
– Managerial involvement through a shared gain measurement system, encouraging initiative.
